1. Agreement to these terms

By visiting simiemediaw.online (the "Website"), creating an account or placing an order with AK Shopia ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Who can use our website

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Products and descriptions

We sell toys, beauty products, stationery, accessories and everyday essentials. We try to show our products, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible. Because of screen settings and lighting, colours may look slightly different from the real product, and small variations in packaging or design can occur.

4. Prices and availability

• All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.).
• We may change prices, offers and discounts at any time without notice. The price at the time you place your order applies.
• All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer a replacement, a different item or a refund.
• If we find a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and let you know.

5. Placing an order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only after we confirm it, usually by call or WhatsApp. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of stock issues, incorrect details, suspected fraud or repeated fake orders.

Please make sure your name, phone number and delivery address are correct and complete.

6. Payment and advance delivery charges

Payment methods available are shown at checkout. To confirm an order, we may ask for an advance payment of Rs. 300 towards delivery charges, with the remaining balance paid on delivery. Orders of Rs. 5,000 or more qualify for free shipping.

7. Shipping and delivery

We ship across Pakistan through courier partners. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns, exchanges and refunds

If your order is wrong, damaged or incomplete, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Exchange and refund requests for other reasons must be made within 7 days of delivery. Full details are in our Refund & Exchange Policy.

9. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Please tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

10. Acceptable use

When using our Website, you agree not to:

• Give false or misleading information, or place fake or prank orders
• Try to hack, disrupt or damage the Website or its security
• Use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Copy, scrape or resell our content or products without our permission
• Harass or abuse our staff or other customers

11. Intellectual property

All content on this Website, including the AK Shopia name, logo, text, images and design, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

We collect only the information needed to process your order and support you, such as your name, phone number, address and email. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with partners who help us complete your order, such as couriers.

13. Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the Website accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, AK Shopia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Website or our products. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Our Website may link to third-party sites such as WhatsApp or social media. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies at the time you place your order. Continuing to use the Website after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Pakistan.
